The production manager leads the work preparation, the mechanical - , the sheet metal work - and the installation department with approximately 60 employees.
Besides leading the departments, the manager also ensures quality and timing. You define the vision with regard to the innovation and make sure that this vision is followed. You safe-guard the departmental cost compared to the forecast and budget and are responsible for the education plans within the production.
