The peeling line: save at least 1% more potatoes The peeling line comprises among other things a Sepa-Stator or a conventional steam peeler, a Brush-'n-Belt dry peel remover, a peel waste pump and an after washer. The Sepa-Stator steam peeler and Brush-'n-Belt dry peeler are own developments and are covered by eight world-wide patents. The line is used in the potato processing industry and in the vegetable deep-freezing and canning industry. |
