The Spiral Flash Dryer The Flash Dryer is a highly efficient convection dryer for treating filter cakes, sludge's from decanters, dewatering presses, vacuum filters etc. The heart of the patented Torbed dryer consists of a stationary blade ring arrangement which provides intensive mixing of the product with hot air. Because of the fast heat and mass transfer the units are built exceptionally compact, reducing civil work and/of construction steelwork considerably.
